Creating a User Persona
For this challenge, I envisioned a single mom getting her kids ready for school. She needs to know if there are heavy thunderstorms headed her way so she gives her daughter a waterproof jacket for recess. She also needs to dress accordingly for work, so she doesn't get soaked on her way into KOMO TV.

A team just made a touchdown in a college football game. Let a sports fan know about the latest play and the current score.
Generating User Empathy
For this notification, I envisioned a mom who is too busy with life to check in with her favorite sports team. But she is still a super fan. A push notification about a key touchdown by the quarterback of her college team could make her day.
Scenario Three
Tell a user via push notification a cauliflower recipe from their favorite food blogger is now available.
User Story
For this notification, I pictured the same mom, who is stressed about what she's going to make for dinner that night. She needs a quick and easy recipe. What could make life easier than a push notification, from her favorite food blogger, popping up on her way to the grocery store? Score.
